Young, dynamic and ready to conquer the world, Taste of Belgium was founded by Peter Ballière, Werner Vennen and Luc van Eetvelde, who are already well-known on the island for their fabulous restaurant. Now that the restaurant has changed hands, they were ready for a new challenge. But they did not stay with just one challenge: from the Chocolaterie they went on to Catering, and then on to the Bistro. The new F&B challenge on De Palm Island is their latest venture.

Taste of Belgium consists of four different departments: the Bistro in the Paseo Herencia Mall, the Chocolaterie in the Renaissance Mall, the catering services of Taste of Belgium Catering at Bubali and the Food & Beverage at De Palm Island (2 restaurants).
